Regina is a co-active® and certified ICF coach (ACC), who has made the journey from a Ph.D in Modern History into the space of Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Agile Innovation. In her leadership work she draws from her training in positive psychology, Theory U, and Design Thinking.
She practices Taiji, begins her days with meditation, and turns everything that matters to her into habits which she continuously tracks.
