Alexandra is a highly experienced Leadership coach, consultant and trainer. She is animated by the ambition to grow self-aware leaders and high-performing teams who can navigate the ever-changing environment with ease.
Her expertise includes many years in the corporate world where she held marketing, project management, business development, HR and Learning & Development roles for multi-national organisations and consulting firms, including Deloitte, PwC, British American Tobacco and Puratos. Her business acumen, combined to her broad international experience (Belgium, The Netherlands, Switzerland, Spain, Chile, Argentina, Malaysia, Luxembourg) within international organizations and her deep understanding of human nature and emotions, turns her into a unique and trusted advisor to support sustainable individual and organizational performance.
The last 10 years she specialized in Leadership Development, Team performance and Resilience. Her experience includes the Development & facilitation of Leadership development tracks, Coaching of executives, Team coaching, design and facilitation of soft skills.
Throughout her career and international experiences, she explored techniques to boost the body-mind balance. She is passionate about the power of the human brain, and curious about habits & rituals driving performance.
Alexandra is a PCC executive coach certified by the ICF (International Coaching Federation), a certified team coach (CTPC certified) and certified assessor for Development Centres. She is trained into Neuroscience and Mindfulness and develops all her solutions taking into account the potential of the human brain and the latest insights in adult learning.
In addition to her extensive experience and coaching credentials, Alexandra holds a Master in Management (Cum Laude) from the Université Catholique de Louvain in Belgium. She also holds a CEMS Master in International Management (Höchschüle St Gallen).
She is an active mindfulness practioner and invests more than 20 days a year in continuous development, focusing on leadership and organizational effectiveness.
